My practice
I qualified as a Cranio-sacral Therapist in 2006. Over the past 20 years, my practice has evolved to include Yoga (Hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa and Bikram), Myofascial Release, and Breathwork including yogic Pranayama and Consciously Connected breathing, which has deepened my understanding of the mind, body and breath.
Yoga and breathwork helped me stay resilient, resourceful and effective during my years as a senior manager in a high-pressure corporate environment.
In recent years, breathwork has become my focus as a student, mentor and facilitator. I certified in Rebirth Breath Therapy© under the guidance of Katia Boustani, a breathwork master. I regularly explore other breathing techniques through workshops or 1:1 to support different client needs.
I work with care and respect, adapting sessions to each person’s needs and pace. I have supported clients from students to CEOs as they explore patterns that hold them back. People come to breathwork while navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, questions of confidence and self-belief, or personal and professional change.
These separate approaches complement one another: breathwork explores breathing and emotional patterns, cranio-sacral therapy offers gentle hands-on support, and yoga connects breath, awareness and movement in daily life. You can begin with whichever feels most relevant to you or get in touch and we can discuss where to start.
Services
Breathwork
Rebirthing breathwork uses conscious connected breathing to support emotional release, nervous system regulation and deeper self-connection. This guided practice can help clients shift old patterns and create space for greater clarity, inner calm and transformation.
I offer clients 1:1 sessions (single, or multiple (5 or 10) sessions) online or in-person.
Yoga
Yoga offers a holistic approach to physical and mental well-being. Regular practice improves flexibility, strength, balance, and cardiovascular health, while supporting healthy circulation and immunity. Beyond the physical benefits, yoga helps reduce stress, sharpen mental clarity, ease chronic pain, and promote better sleep — supporting a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.
I offer clients 1:1 sessions or small groups (single, or multiple classes) online or in-person (within 5 miles, or arrangement due to travel costs)
Cranio-Sacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on practice that uses light touch to evaluate and manipulate the skull, spine, and pelvis. Treatments can effectively support muscular or chronic pain, headaches, TMJ providing pain relief, relaxation, stress relief and improved wellbeing.
All sessions are 1:1 in-person.

“An approach I had not experienced before.”
Each breathwork session was unique. At times I experienced deep relaxation; at others, the process led to a much more profound inner journey, leaving me with genuine clarity and insight. It also brought long-standing experiences into focus in a way I had not fully appreciated before. Through the sessions, I gained a stronger sense of self-awareness, a release of stored tension, and a renewed ability to approach life with greater calm, openness, and perspective.

“What I gained.”
“I came to Darryl wanting better breathing control for singing — and I gained that. But the bigger change has been elsewhere: the sessions helped me settle my mind enough to think clearly, and my meditation has steadied as a result.”
“I have also learned to stay with whatever the breathing brings up, rather than tensing against it. Sensations that once unsettled me are now something I can recognise, breathe through, and let pass. That is the real work, and it has carried over into how I handle discomfort beyond the sessions too.”
